On 4th June, John (GW6RTV) gave an interesting introduction to using the Xiegi X6100 – but rather than using the firmware supplied with the radio by default, John has updated his radio to use firmware written by Georgy Dyuldin which is available on GitHub here – https://github.com/gdyuldin/x6100_gui
This firmware allows users to access more features, and if I understood John correctly, more bands than those available on the rig by default.
