GB4NPT – to commemorate 20 years of Newport, South Wales, gaining City Status.
Newport (Casnewedd, in Welsh), which is located in the South East corner of Wales was granted full city status by HRH Queen Elizabeth II during her Golden Jubilee anniversary year in 2002.
