It is with great sadness that we have to say farewell to Bob Hill GW0FJE after 40 years of NARS membership.
Bob joined us together with his wife Margaret just after the turn of 1980 and have been great supporters of the club ever since. Bob was what we could call a hands on member and previous Treasurer of the club. It was through his contacts that we were able to secure premises at Newport Docks to enable us to plan and build for the National Eisteddfod when it came to Newport.
Bob has been involved in pretty well every project and every Island Trip that the club has organised and will be greatly missed from here on in.
